This role is ideal for someone who combines strong business analysis skills with hands-on Salesforce expertise and a passion for improving business processes through technology.

Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you will analyse requirements, map and optimise processes, and translate business needs into effective system solutions. Acting as the bridge between technical teams and business functions, you will play a key role in ensuring our Salesforce ecosystem and wider business systems support operational efficiency, scalability, and an excellent customer experience.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing, customer-focused team where you'll have the opportunity to influence business transformation initiatives and contribute to the ongoing development of our strategic technology platforms.

What You'll Be Doing

Business Analysis & Solution Design

  • Partner with stakeholders to understand business challenges, objectives, and requirements.
  • Translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements.
  • Recommend scalable system solutions that align with business goals and best practice.
  • Produce high-quality documentation including business requirements, user stories, process maps, and technical specifications.

Salesforce & Business Systems

  • Act as a subject matter expert for Salesforce and related business systems.
  • Support the integration and migration of Salesforce systems across the organisation.
  • Work closely with technical teams on system configuration, integrations, and process improvements.
  • Build knowledge across our wider systems landscape, including ERP platforms, integrations, and strategic business applications.

Process Improvement & Workflow Design

  • Analyse, map, and document existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
  • Design and implement workflows that streamline operations and improve user experience.
  • Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions to capture current and future-state processes.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives through data-driven recommendations.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Develop strong relationships with stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Facilitate requirements gathering workshops and solution design discussions.
  • Act as the key liaison between business users and technical delivery teams.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and accessible way.

Project Delivery

  • Support or lead business systems projects from discovery through to implementation.
  • Contribute to project planning, prioritisation, testing, and deployment activities.
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and issues, ensuring appropriate mitigation plans are in place.
  • Support user acceptance testing and change management activities.

What We're Looking For

Essential

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or Technical Business Analyst.
  • Strong hands-on experience working with Salesforce in a business-facing environment.
  • Experience gathering requirements, facilitating workshops, and translating business needs into system solutions.
  • Strong process mapping and workflow design experience using tools such as Visio or Lucidchart.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across cross-functional teams.
