We're looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our Accountancy division at IRIS Software Group. You'll become a trusted advisor to a portfolio of high-value customers, helping them maximise value from our solutions while driving adoption, retention and long-term success.
What you'll be doing:
✨ Managing a portfolio of strategic, high-value customers.
🤝 Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
📈 Driving customer adoption, retention and satisfaction.
📊 Delivering Quarterly Business Reviews and Customer Success Plans.
💡 Identifying opportunities to expand customer value through upsell and cross-sell referrals.
🚀 Working closely with Sales, Product and Customer Operations to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
What we're looking for:
✅ 4+ years' experience in Customer Success, Account Management or another customer-facing role.
✅ Experience managing high-value customer relationships.
✅ Strong commercial awareness with a customer-first mindset.
✅ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
✅ Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
