What You'll Be Doing

As a Client Payroll Executive, you'll be responsible for managing end-to-end payroll processing for a portfolio of clients across a variety of sectors.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Processing payrolls accurately and on time.
  • Acting as a trusted point of contact for payroll-related queries.
  • Ensuring compliance with UK payroll legislation and statutory requirements.
  • Producing payroll reports and supporting client decision-making.
  • Maintaining accurate payroll records and employee data.
  • Investigating and resolving payroll discrepancies.
  • Working collaboratively with internal teams to deliver an outstanding client experience.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes and service delivery.

What We're Looking For

Essential

  • Experience in payroll processing.
  • Experience managing multiple client payrolls simultaneously.
  • Payroll bureau or managed services experience.
  • Strong understanding of UK payroll legislation.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
  • Experience using payroll software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
