The Vacancy
Start your career in a role that helps real businesses change how they work - and sets you up with skills that last.
At IRIS Accountancy, we build software that accountancy practices rely on every single day. Right now, thousands of customers are moving from older desktop systems to modern cloud solutions - and they need people who can guide them through that change clearly, calmly, and confidently.
As an Implementation Consultant Associate, you’ll be one of those people.
This is an entry-level, hands-on role where you’ll learn how customers use software, how data moves between systems, and how to support people through important transitions. You don’t need previous experience in implementation or accountancy - we’ll teach you everything step by step.

Your role exists to make sure it goes well.
You won’t be selling software or fixing technical faults. Instead, you’ll be helping customers understand what’s happening, guiding them through each step, and making sure nothing important gets missed.
Why This Role Is a Brilliant Place to Start
This role is designed to teach you how a professional software business works.

This role is about potential, attitude, and building a career in accountancy software - but an accountancy background is essential.
We’re looking for someone who has studied Accountancy and wants to apply that knowledge in a practical, customer-facing role within a software business.
You’ll be a great fit if you:
You do not need previous implementation experience, and you do not need a technical or software development background.
