We’re hiring a Customer Renewals Associate to join our Accountancy team in Slough - a role designed for someone at the start of their professional career who wants to learn, grow, and make a real difference from day one.
This role is about people, communication, and trust. You’ll work with customers who already use our software, helping them understand their renewal options and ensuring they continue to feel supported, informed, and confident in choosing IRIS Software Group.
No previous renewals or software experience is needed. What matters most is your willingness to learn, your ability to communicate clearly, and your interest in building strong relationships.
