Summary

 

The role of Sales Executive – Managed services will be to deliver personal SOV targets, selling the IRIS international products namely HR Consulting (HRC) and International Payroll & Payments (IPP)

 

Duties

 

Your duties will include managing New Business sales enquiries from discovery, proposal, negotiations and close. Additional duties will be managing your leads MQLs, forecasting, training and campaigns to facilitate successful target attainment.

 

Key KPI’s as follows:

 

  • achievement
  • of new logo and partnership opportunities
  • to SQL conversion >30%
  • rate% >25%
  • to prospective inquiries <60mins.

 

It is expected that most leads will come by way of Marketing to support the SOV targets, however, it is up to individuals to be accountable for their number and should there be a shortfall in leads to make up that shortfall by prospecting.

 

Duties will include but not limited to:

 

  • agreed targets per period
  • accurately as per the agreed schedule
  • management and accountability.
  • training and development
  • campaigns
  • with all inbound leads supplied by marketing in a timely fashion.
  • for new leads (self-generation) required to achieve SOV target.
  • all company systems including e-contract software, internal web forms and CRM
  • company SOV trackers as per the agreed schedule
  • the CRM up to date at all times for yourself and being accountable for administration, including close date, go live date, SOV, next actions, call log etc.
  • North American trade shows and internal overseas meetings as required.

 

Please note: due to the international element of the role it may be required on occasions to work unsociable hours.

To learn company presentation, articulate value proposition and be able to deliver to prospects and team.

Conduct discovery calls, identifying core customer buying criteria. Matching this to IRIS solutions

To ensure that all admin is kept up to date, ensuring close dates, next steps, contact information is correct.

To communicate accurately and quickly with prospects and colleagues

To assist the Sales Leader in all duties for and on behalf of the business

The ability to identify and change processes to increase productivity.

Proven ability to organise and prioritise workload.

 

Core Responsibilities:

 

The ability to meet and exceed New Business Sales targets

To take overall responsibility for Potentials from enquiry to sale

Provide accurate monthly forecasting on WD1 and being within a +10% to -10% of forecasted amount.

Attend all team and sales meetings required to achieve commercial objectives.

Learn payroll & HR local legislation for core countries and be able to articulate to prospects.
