What will you be doing?

 

As a Marketing Associate in this team, your role will involve:

 

Lead Qualification & Engagement

 

  • Contacting Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) swiftly to assess their fit with the company's ideal customer profile.
  • Assessing prospects' needs, budget, decision-making authority, and purchasing timeline to determine their suitability as potential customers.
  • Providing information about the company's products or services, addressing inquiries, and building rapport with prospects to nurture relationships and advance them through the sales funnel.

 

Handoff to Sales

 

  • Transitioning qualified and interested leads to the sales team for further discussions and negotiations, ensuring a seamless handover to facilitate the sales process.

 

Metrics & Reporting

 

  • Tracking and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs), including the number of qualified leads/appointments generated, conversion rates, and overall impact on the sales pipeline.

 

Continuous Learning

 

  • Staying updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques to enhance lead generation and qualification strategies and adapting to evolving market dynamics.
