This is a Permanent, Full Time vacancy that will close in {x} days at {xx:xx} BST.

Every by IRIS are seeking an Implementation Consultant to join their team. You will be reporting to the Implementation Team Manager and the main focus of the role will be to support new and existing customers with the onboarding, training and engagement of Every’s products and services.

You will be an integral member of the business working within the Professional Services Department, ensuring that customers have a fantastic experience as they start their Every journey. Your role ultimately helps to ensure that Every’s customer retention is high by delivering a first-class experience within their first 30 days of implementing the system.

Responsibilities 

  • Responsible for setting customer expectations, managing customer timescales by guiding customers remotely through their implementation and roll out of Every products and services
  • Building excellent working relationships with customers to help increase product engagement
  • Managing multiple product roll outs at once to the same high standard throughout all interactions
  • Providing excellent levels of customer service and online guidance to multiple audiences
  • Working continuously on a project task until completion or referral to another department
  • Ensuring any referrals are passed to relevant departments in a timely manner 
  • Working with the Professional Services team and wider company teams to continually improve processes and identify process improvement opportunities
  • Work closely with Customer Support team to ensure any technical issues are resolved
  • To conduct basic online training sessions to customers
  • Support customers with configuration of their software

 

Knowledge and Experience 

  • The ability to deliver relevant, engaging onboarding services to multiple audiences
  • Project Management/Customer facing background essential 
  • Excellent IT skills, with the specific ability to quickly learn bespoke online systems with an eye for data
  • Intermediate excel skills
  • Comfortable and confident communicating over the telephone, face to face and via online channels
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and work under pressure
  • Results focused with a capability to meet deadlines
  • Have a desire to learn and progress by sharing knowledge, experience and best practice across teams and work collaboratively at all times.
  • Passionate and enthusiastic about delivering outstanding customer service
