  • Provide regular reporting and pipeline updates to the Customer Enablement Manager.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Professional Services and Support teams.
  • Generate customer referrals and identify new commercial opportunities.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer experience and internal processes.

What We're Looking For

Essential

  • Previous experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Customer Enablement, Customer Migrations or Software Sales.
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple customer projects simultaneously.
  • Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

Desirable

  • Experience working within a SaaS or software business.
  • Knowledge of customer onboarding, product adoption or migration processes.
  • Experience working towards revenue retention or commercial targets.
  • Degree or equivalent experience.

What Success Looks Like

  • Successful delivery of customer migrations and enablement programmes.
  • High levels of customer satisfaction and product adoption.
  • Achievement of revenue retention and growth targets.
  • Strong pipeline management and accurate forecasting.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration.
  • Identification of upsell, cross-sell and referral opportunities.

Why Join IRIS?

  • Join one of the UK's leading software companies, supporting over 120,000 customers.
  • Be part of a collaborative and customer-focused commercial team.
  • Develop your career within Customer Success and Commercial Operations.
  • Access ongoing learning, development and progression opportunities.
  • Enjoy a competitive salary, bonus potential and comprehensive benefits package.
  • Work in a flexible, inclusive and high-performing environment.
