We're looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Enablement Executive to join our growing team.
The Role
As a Customer Enablement Executive, you'll manage the end-to-end enablement journey for a portfolio of existing customers, supporting their transition from legacy products to IRIS' latest SaaS solutions.
You'll work closely with customers to ensure they successfully adopt their new software, maximise the value of their investment and experience a seamless migration. Alongside delivering an outstanding customer experience, you'll identify opportunities to retain and grow revenue by introducing customers to additional IRIS solutions where appropriate.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in customer success, account management, software sales or customer migrations who enjoys building relationships and driving successful customer outcomes.
