IRIS is growing fast. Our product portfolio is expanding, our markets are evolving, and how we position and sell our solutions has never been more important.

We’re hiring two Product Marketing Business Partners to join our global team:

  • One focused on HCM (HR & Payroll)
  • One focused on Accountancy

These are high-impact roles where your work directly influences pipeline, win rates, and revenue.

🧾 Why This Role Matters

This role sits at the centre of Product, Sales, and Marketing.

You will:

  • Shape how our products are positioned in the market
  • Help Sales teams win more deals
  • Turn complex products into clear, compelling messages
  • Influence decisions across teams - without needing formal authority

Your work will be visible, measurable, and commercially important.

👥 About the Team You'll Join

You’ll join a growing Product Marketing team, with strong collaboration across the UK and US.

  • A mix of experienced product marketers, content specialists, and market insight experts
  • Close partnership with Sales, Product, Marketing and Customer Success
  • A team that has scaled significantly over the past year - with more growth ahead

You’ll work alongside subject matter experts in either HCM or Accountancy, gaining deep exposure to the market while helping shape how we go to market globally.

🚀 What You'll Be Doing

  • Building clear, differentiated messaging and positioning
  • Supporting and delivering go-to-market plans and product launches
  • Creating sales enablement tools (pitch decks, battlecards, competitor insights)
  • Partnering closely with Sales teams to improve conversion and win rates
  • Analysing competitors, market trends, and customer insights
  • Supporting campaigns that drive measurable commercial outcomes
  • Translating complex product or regulatory topics into simple, impactful messaging

🎯 What We’re Looking For

This role suits a strong, hands-on Product Marketer who is confident operating in a fast-paced, commercial environment.

You’ll bring:

  • A background in Product Marketing within a B2B technology or SaaS business
  • Proven ability as a clear, confident communicator - able to influence stakeholders across Sales, Product, and Marketing
  • Experience working across multiple teams and projects simultaneously, with the ability to prioritise and deliver at pace
  • Strong go-to-market and messaging skills, with a focus on what drives pipeline and revenue
  • A commercial mindset - you understand how marketing supports sales outcomes, not just activity
  • The ability to take complex products or topics and turn them into simple, compelling value propositions

You’ll be comfortable:

  • Working in high-growth or private equity-backed environments, where pace and expectations are high
  • Operating without constant direction - taking ownership and driving outcomes
  • Influencing decisions without direct authority

Bonus (not essential):

  • Experience as a subject matter expert (SME) in your domain
  • Exposure to HCM, Payroll, or Accountancy software
  • Experience working across multi-product or global organisations

📈 What You’ll Gain

  • A role with real commercial impact - not just activity, but outcomes
  • Exposure to senior stakeholders across Product, Sales, and Marketing
  • The opportunity to shape how products are taken to market globally
  • A fast-growing environment with clear progression opportunities
  • A supportive team that values ideas, ownership, and collaboration
