🏢 About IRIS

IRIS Software Group is one of the UK’s largest privately held software companies, supporting over 120,000 organisations with mission-critical software across HR, payroll, finance, and education.

We continue to invest in scalable, intelligent solutions 🤖 that enable our global commercial teams to perform at their best.

🎯 Role Overview

We are hiring a Revenue Solutions Lead to design and embed AI-powered, data-driven solutions across IRIS’s global sales organisation 🌍.

You will operate at the intersection of Sales, Revenue Operations, Product, and Marketing 🤝. You will partner closely with sales leadership and frontline teams to identify commercial challenges, design scalable GTM solutions, and support adoption across the business.

This is not a hands-on engineering role, a pure Sales Engineer position, or a quota-carrying role. The focus is on solution design, commercial problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement 🧠.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

  • Design AI-enabled GTM solutions that improve sales execution, pipeline health, and forecasting 📊
  • Partner with sales leadership to identify opportunities for revenue and process optimisation
  • Translate sales challenges into clear, scalable solution designs
  • Support rollout and adoption of tools, workflows, and initiatives across global sales teams 🌎
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Revenue Operations, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success
  • Identify opportunities to improve sales performance through smarter systems and automation ⚙️

🧩 Skills & Experience

  • Experience in revenue strategy, sales operations, solutions, sales engineering, implementation, or customer-facing technical roles
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies and CRM systems (particularly Salesforce and integrated platforms)
  • Experience working closely with sales teams and senior commercial stakeholders
  • Comfortable facilitating discussions across technical and non-technical audiences
  • Familiarity with AI concepts and how automation supports GTM execution (hands-on build not required) 🤖
  • Years of experience are flexible — capability and mindset matter more than tenure ✨

🌍 Role Scope & Impact

  • Global sales organisation support
  • Success measured through adoption and contribution to global revenue performance 📈
  • High-visibility role with influence across commercial strategy 🔦

If you’re commercially mindedAI-curious, and enjoy designing solutions that help sales teams perform at scale 🚀, we’d love to hear from you.
