The opportunity

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Manager, Treasury to lead IRIS’s global treasury operations.

This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for liquidity, funding, financial risk management and treasury strategy across a growing, acquisitive international group. You’ll partner closely with Finance leadership and the executive team, while leading a team of treasury professionals through both day-to-day operations and longer-term transformation.

What you’ll be responsible for

  • Setting and executing IRIS’s global treasury strategy

  • Advising senior leaders on capital structure, funding and financial risk

  • Managing global cash positions and liquidity optimisation

  • Delivering robust cash flow forecasting to support strategic planning

  • Leading FX, interest rate and credit risk management frameworks

  • Managing banking relationships and negotiating facilities

  • Driving debt issuance and refinancing activity

  • Ensuring compliance with treasury policies, audits and regulations

  • Leading and developing a high-performing treasury team

What you’ll bring

  • 8–10+ years’ experience in treasury or corporate finance, ideally within a multinational environment

  • Proven leadership experience managing and developing teams

  • Deep expertise in cash management, FX, debt instruments and risk mitigation

  • Strong strategic thinking and executive-level influencing skills

  • Experience implementing or operating Treasury Management Systems

  • Degree qualified; ACT or CFA preferred
