Direct Reports: Rev Ops Strategy & Delivery Manager, Change Management Lead, RevOps Delivery Analyst

About the Role

We’re seeking an accomplished Director of RevOps Strategy & Transformation to orchestrate strategic RevOps initiatives across the global Go-To-Market organisation.

This is a high-impact, cross-functional leadership role responsible for ensuring alignment, governance, and execution across programs that span systems (Salesforce, Marketo, Gainsight), data, and process change.

You will act as the connective tissue between strategy and delivery, driving accountability, ensuring dependencies are managed, and keeping stakeholders aligned across complex transformation programs.

The ideal candidate brings a blend of commercial acumen, program management discipline, and deep RevOps experience, capable of turning vision into measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Program Leadership & Governance

  • Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of key Revenue Operations initiatives including system rollouts, GTM process improvements, and data governance programs.
  • Define program scope, objectives, milestones, and success metrics in collaboration with functional leaders.
  • Build and maintain program roadmaps and dependency maps, ensuring visibility across all GTM workstreams.
  • Manage governance forums, track decisions, risks, and actions, ensuring accountability across business and IT stakeholders.
  • Own program documentation, including charters, RACI, communication plans, and change logs.
  • Partner with RevOps leadership to establish consistent PMO frameworks for prioritisation and capacity management.

Cross-Functional Alignment

  • Act as the central liaison between Sales, Marketing, CS, Finance, and IT to align initiatives, roadmaps, and resource planning.
  • Ensure cross-functional programs (e.g., Salesforce-CPQ integration, NetSuite data flows, Gainsight onboarding automation) are delivered to scope, budget, and schedule.
  • Drive clarity on ownership between functions, ensuring the “what” (business requirements) and “how” (technical implementation) are clearly defined.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders to anticipate blockers, secure buy-in, and manage competing priorities.

Operational Excellence

  • Introduce structure and governance to the RevOps portfolio ensuring initiatives are prioritised based on impact and resource capacity.
  • Build templates, playbooks, and standard processes for project execution, risk management, and status reporting.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives across GTM processes, leveraging data and stakeholder feedback.
  • Partner with Finance and HR to align capacity planning, headcount forecasting, and cost-to-serve models.
  • Ensure programs deliver measurable value, quantified in revenue efficiency, automation gains, or data quality improvement.

Systems & Process Integration

  • Work closely with RevTech & Data teams to ensure successful delivery of cross-system integrations and enhancements (Salesforce, Marketo, Gainsight, NetSuite, AppDirect, etc.).
  • Oversee system cutovers, data migrations, and UAT processes for new GTM technologies.
  • Own coordination of sandbox testing, release cycles, and regression timelines across RevOps and IT.
  • Drive adoption and change management for new tools and processes across the GTM organisation.

Data & Performance Analytics

  • Partner with the Director of Operational Analytics to ensure all programs have data-driven success criteria.
  • Define and report program KPIs to RevOps leadership e.g., backlog reduction, forecast accuracy, data quality, or tool adoption.
  • Develop and publish executive dashboards tracking progress, risk, and outcomes for major initiatives.
  • Translate data insights into action plans and recommendations for senior leadership.

Change Management & Communication

  • Develop and execute change management strategies for RevOps initiatives including stakeholder engagement, training, and communications.
  • Act as the voice of reason during change ensuring the balance between speed, risk, and governance.
  • Lead steering meetings with Executive Sponsors and functional VPs, providing updates on progress, risks, and mitigation plans.
  • Manage internal communications and documentation related to RevOps programs (Confluence, Asana, Jira, or equivalent tools).

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Strategic programs delivered on time and within scope
  • Cross-functional stakeholder satisfaction (measured quarterly)
  • Reduction in cycle time for system changes and GTM process rollouts
  • Data quality and integration stability across GTM systems
  • Portfolio governance adherence (RAID logs, status reports, cadence)
  • ROI or measurable impact delivered by each major initiative

Skills & Experience Required

Essential

  • 8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Program Management, or Transformation Leadership.
  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce, Marketo, Gainsight, and NetSuite environments.
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional programs involving business and IT stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of GTM process design (Lead > Opportunity > Order > Renewal).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management across executive and technical audiences.
  • Strong analytical skills,  able to turn metrics into insights and actions.
  • Skilled in program management methodologies (Agile / hybrid / waterfall).
  • Proficient in Asana, Jira, Smartsheet, or equivalent program tracking tools.

Desirable

  • Experience within a PE-backed or SaaS environment undergoing transformation.
  • Familiarity with data governance and integration frameworks (MDM, iPaaS, Boomi).
  • PMP, Prince2, or Agile PM certification.
  • Experience working directly with Executive teams on portfolio planning and reporting.

Personal Attributes

  • Structured, disciplined, and relentlessly organised.
  • Commercially aware, understands revenue levers and GTM interdependencies.
  • Excellent communicator and facilitator; can simplify complex programs for all audiences.
  • Empathetic collaborator, drives accountability through influence, not authority.
  • Comfortable managing ambiguity and balancing competing priorities.
  • Calm and credible under pressure; thrives in high-growth environments.
