Support customers. Shape successful HR system projects. Build your career in tech.

We’re searching for an organised and confident Project Coordinator to join our Professional Services team, helping customers successfully implement IRIS HCM/Cascade - our trusted HR software used by organisations across the UK to manage people, payroll, recruitment, attendance, reporting, and more.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys coordinating work, building relationships, and keeping projects running smoothly. You’ll be a key contact for customers as they start using our technology, helping them get set up, stay informed, and feel supported from day one.

IRIS HCM (formerly Cascade) is one of the UK’s most widely used HR systems. It helps organisations manage:

  • Employee records
  • Payroll and benefits
  • Training and performance
  • Recruitment and onboarding
  • Absence, time and attendance
  • HR reporting and dashboards

You don’t need to be a technical expert - but you do need to be organised, confident, and keen to support customers as they implement these tools.

Why This Role Matters

Every customer relies on you to make their implementation smooth, structured, and stress-free. Your coordination sets the tone for their entire experience with IRIS.

When projects run well, customers adopt the system faster, are happier, and achieve the outcomes they signed up for. You become the steady hand guiding them through the journey.

About the Team You'll Join

You’ll work closely with Implementation Managers, Implementation Consultants, and Project Managers. It’s a collaborative team that shares knowledge, supports each other, and takes pride in delivering excellent customer outcomes.

What You'll Be Doing

You’ll manage your own portfolio of customer projects and act as the main point of contact throughout. Day to day, you will:

  • Coordinate internal teams, external partners, and customer stakeholders
  • Make sure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
  • Capture customer requirements and feed these into clear project plans
  • Translate scope into tasks, deadlines, and responsibilities using our Professional Services systems
  • Work with Sales, Installations, Support, Development, and Admin teams to keep everything running smoothly
  • Track performance, progress, profitability, and potential risks
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and system records
  • Carry out quality checks and regular reporting
  • Review Salesforce Opportunities for accuracy, product availability, and alignment to scope
  • Update and maintain sales quotes and opportunity details
  • Move projects to invoice stage once work is complete
  • Forecast future projects, revenue, and resource needs using PS reports and backlog profiles

This is a role with plenty of ownership, variety, and connection across the wider business.

What We’re Looking For

We’re open on background - project experience is helpful but not essential. What matters most is your mindset and approach.

You’ll thrive if you can demonstrate:

  • Strong organisation and planning skills
  • Clear and confident communication
  • A calm, structured approach to managing multiple tasks
  • A team-orientated way of working
  • A genuine interest in supporting customers and seeing projects succeed
  • A good general level of education

If you’ve worked in roles such as coordination, administration, customer success, scheduling, office support, operations, or similar - you could be a great fit.

What You’ll Gain

  • A route into project coordination and delivery in the software industry
  • Hands-on experience with one of the UK’s most established HR platforms
  • Opportunities to learn from experienced project professionals
  • Clear career development pathways across IRIS
  • A role where your organisation and communication skills truly make a difference
