  • Support escalation prioritisation from operations, consultants, and implementation teams.

  • Keep a regular pulse on customer feedback via shadowing sales calls, user groups, and insight surveys.

  • Assist Product Managers in maintaining contractual and commercial documentation for managed services offerings.

  • Communicate new product or service features to prospects and customers ahead of release.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Product Owner delivering engaging online software or 5+ years’ experience in payroll software support or payroll service delivery.

  • Strong background in product ownership, delivery, or support within payroll, with the ability to work within a wider product team to ensure compliance and alignment with business strategy.

  • Experience in payroll and HR compliance, with an understanding of working conditions and regulatory requirements.

  • Proven experience working with key stakeholders to define roadmaps and product enhancements (operations, commercial, marketing, product, professional services, board).

  • Experience conducting competitive analysis and interpreting market trends from multiple data points.

  • Passion for service quality, underpinned by strong technology solutions.

  • Strong leadership skills and experience building motivated, high-performing teams.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction.

Why Join Us:

  • Join a growing, innovative, and customer-centric business investing in its products and people.

  • Opportunity to shape payroll and HR solutions with a tangible impact on customers and colleagues.

  • Collaborate with a talented, supportive, and ambitious team committed to delivering world-class solutions.
