As a Senior Content Designer, you’ll play a key role in shaping how our customers experience IRIS products. You’ll ensure content isn’t just clear and consistent, but strategic — helping users get the most out of our software while aligning with business goals.
You’ll collaborate with designers, engineers, and stakeholders to make complex concepts simple, meaningful, and accessible for thousands of users every day.
🖋️ What You’ll Do
🎯 Lead on content strategy and quality across your product area — driving best practices in UX writing, content design, and accessibility.
🤝 Partner with design, product, and support teams to solve content challenges and improve the customer journey.
📈 Use research, analytics, and feedback to understand user needs and continuously improve content.
🗂️ Write and refine UI copy, help articles, onboarding flows, and in-app communications.
🧭 Define tone of voice frameworks and contribute to IRIS’s wider content vision and strategy.
💬 Conduct reviews and share feedback to uplift the quality of content across the business.
🔍 What We’re Looking For
✨ 5+ years’ experience defining and delivering content strategy in a SaaS or tech environment.
🧠 Experience managing people or projects, and leading on large-scale content initiatives.
📊 Skilled in data-driven, user-centred content design — familiar with tools like user journey mapping and ‘jobs to be done’.
🖋️ Strong UX writing skills with an ability to simplify complex, technical, or financial concepts.
💬 A collaborator and influencer — confident building relationships and aligning stakeholders.
