What Our Teams Do

Depending on the role and level, responsibilities may include:

  • Managing payrolls for multiple clients across various pay frequencies
  • Processing end-to-end payrolls accurately and on time
  • Producing payroll reports, payslips, pension files, and statutory documentation
  • Submitting RTI returns and supporting compliance activities
  • Building strong relationships with clients and acting as a trusted payroll expert
  • Handling payroll queries and providing excellent customer service
  • Supporting year-end activities and legislative changes
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes and ways of working
  • Supporting and mentoring colleagues within the team

Professional payroll qualifications such as CIPP are always welcomed, but are not essential for every role.

  • A passion for delivering accurate payrolls and great client experiences
