This is a Permanent, Full Time vacancy that will close in {x} days at {xx:xx} BST.

The Senior Client Payroll Executive will be responsible for supporting and mentoring the Client Payroll Trainees and Administrators. As a payroll expert, they will provide legislative support and training for their fellow team members.

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Aid the Team Leader in building a supported payroll team, inspiring individuals to maximise their performance
  • Supporting the Payroll Team Leader
  • Responsible for planning own workload and assisting others with planning
  • Ensure the team are recording their KPIs
  • Assist the Payroll Team Leader with resolving client complaints/ team concerns
  • Assist with the production of management reports
  • Become a Payroll Legislation Expert
  • Ensure payrolls are quality checked
  • Encourage and facilitate collaboration within the bureau team, under supervision of the Team Leader/ Manager
  • Keep abreast with current payroll legislation and put forward suggestions for processing changes
  • Ensure adherence of internal procedures as required by Team Leader/ Manager

Payroll Duties:

  • Ensure yours, and your team members, client payrolls are processed accurately and on time
  • Dealing with any client payroll questions or queries
  • Become an expert on Cascade Payroll and Integration modules
  • Feedback any ideas on how we can improve our product, procedures and processes
  • Ensure you are up to date with Payroll legislation and any new policies introduced by the government
  • Ensure the Company meet the highest standard of client service
  • You may also be required, at times, to carry out other tasks or duties appropriate to your grade at the request of the line manager or another senior manager
