As the Senior Salesforce Developer – Team lead in this team, your responsibilities will be as follows:

 

  • Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
  • Design, develop, and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
  • Develop and manage integrations between Salesforce and other systems, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation.
  • Lead the implementation and customization of Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) solutions to streamline sales processes.
  • Provide expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud or Commerce Cloud to optimize customer service operations or e-commerce capabilities.
  • Configure Salesforce to meet business requirements, including workflows, validation rules, and custom objects.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all development and customization activities.
  • Mentor junior developers and provide training to team members on Salesforce best practices and new features.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and technologies, and recommend improvements to existing systems.
