The Role: 

As a Content Designer, you’ll work on the end-to-end customer journey of a task or job that our Education HR users complete, using our cloud platform. You know about Agile methodology and can apply an Agile mindset to all aspects of your work. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable with taking some risks to enable rapid delivery.

You’ll be creating, updating, and reviewing content around the user journey. You’ll be adept at using evidence (data) and research to inform decisions and change things for the better.

As an integral member of the Product team, you’ll also be instrumental in developing existing, and composing new content to, guide and support our users to get the best experience from our software.

This role requires excellent writing skills, the ability to communicate effectively, and work collaboratively with stakeholders. You’ll work autonomously and know how to create effective content for digital channels.

Main Responsibilities: 

–         Prioritise and manage the end-to-end execution of content design projects, ensuring focus on driving impactful results for users and the business

–         Ensure content is user-centred, aligned with both business objectives and customer needs, and delivered within deadlines

–         Work closely with Product & Content Design team to build and implement content strategies across the portfolio

–         Drive collaboration with product managers, designers, engineers, and other teams to embed content design seamlessly into product development

–         Ensure the team aligns effectively with cross-functional teams across the organisation to address content challenges and implement cohesive solutions

–         Oversee project timelines, manage workloads, and maintain high standards of quality in all content outputs

–         Establish and guide the adoption of content design best practices, tools, and processes across the organisation

Use data and insights to continuously refine and improve content design strategies and delivery approaches to enhance user experience and business outcomes
