2. 🎯 Purpose of the Role

We’re looking for a dynamic Account Manager to join our renewals team! This role focuses on revenue retention and upselling services to a key group of pre-defined customers. As a Senior Customer Renewals Advisor, you will:

  • Retain & Grow Revenue: Ensure customers experience maximum value from IRIS solutions
  • Generate Leads: Identify referral and upsell opportunities
  • Collaborate: Work closely with the commercial and wider teams to achieve targets
  • Report: Provide weekly updates to the Renewals Manager

  • Degree-level education

💼 Knowledge & Experience:

  • Recruitment services experience is highly preferred
  • Confident presentation skills at a senior level
