Who We Are Looking For
Are you a motivated leader with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and driving team success? We're seeking a Customer Renewals Team Leader to manage and inspire a team of Customer Renewals Executives and Associates, ensuring our clients receive the highest quality service while boosting client retention and the company's reputation.

What You’ll Do
🔹 Lead and Inspire: Provide support, guidance, and direction to your team, always leading by example.
🔹 Client Communication: Offer a friendly, proactive service to our clients, handling renewals, answering inquiries, and delivering quotes tailored to their needs.
🔹 Ownership & Problem-Solving: Take ownership of client issues, ensuring they’re resolved quickly and effectively, and always aiming to exceed expectations.
🔹 Renewal Management: Keep our systems up-to-date and ensure all renewals are actioned well in advance.
🔹 Stay in the Know: Keep up-to-date with our products and services, maintaining an excellent level of product knowledge.
🔹 Collaboration: Work closely with other IRIS teams, including Sales, Support, and Order Processing, to ensure a seamless experience for our clients.

Who You Are
✔️ A-Level educated (or equivalent) with proven experience in team management.
✔️ Enthusiastic and highly motivated, with a commitment to delivering top-notch customer service.
✔️ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a confident telephone manner.
✔️ Organized and detail-oriented, capable of multitasking and maintaining high accuracy.
✔️ Strong IT and numeric skills, plus the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
✔️ Resilient and flexible, able to remain calm under pressure and adapt as needed.
