As a Customer Renewals Associate, you’ll play an essential role in maintaining strong connections with our clients. You’ll work with existing customers, providing high-quality service to renew their policies and help them get the most out of our software solutions. What Will You Be Doing?

 

In this role, you’ll:

 

  • Provide friendly, attentive service to all customers, addressing queries and assisting with renewals.
  • Maximise IRIS’s revenue by ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Manage client communications from start to finish, taking ownership of each enquiry.
  • Offer renewal quotations that best meet each customer’s needs, focusing on quality and value.
  • Build strong relationships through phone and email, becoming the trusted point of contact for your customers.
  • Stay up-to-date on product developments to provide proactive service.
  • Track and manage renewal activities to ensure all renewals are handled promptly.

 

What Are We Looking For?

  • Customer-focused with experience in a customer-facing role (face-to-face or over the phone).
  • A great communicator with strong written, verbal, and numerical skills.
  • Calm under pressure and able to problem-solve with logical thinking.
  • Motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with MS Office tools.
  • Desirable: Sales experience or knowledge of the education or accountancy sector.

Here’s a step-by-step guide:

  2. Short Pre-Recorded Video Interview: If shortlisted, you’ll be invited to complete a brief pre-recorded video interview. This is your chance to introduce yourself and give us a sense of your personality and enthusiasm for the role.
  3. Initial Interview and Online Assessment: After the video interview, we’ll arrange an initial interview with a member of our Talent Team and send you an online assessment to complete.
  4. Group Assessment Day: Join us on 20 or 21 November at our Manchester office (M1 4DY). You’ll take part in a group exercise and roleplay activity alongside candidates for our Sales Development roles. This is your chance to show us your skills and experience IRIS’s culture firsthand!
