Product Sales Specialist, Lease Accounting

Remote, UK

About the Role:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Product Sales Specialist to join our expanding sales team. This is a key role driving growth in our core markets by helping customers understand the value of our products and providing expert knowledge on lease accounting standards such as ASC 842, IFRS 16, and GASB 87.

You will work closely with prospective clients, delivering product demonstrations, explaining complex accounting regulations, and guiding them through the sales process from initial contact to deal closure. You’ll be a trusted advisor, ensuring our solutions help clients meet their compliance needs while enhancing productivity.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Achieve 100% recurring revenue from your assigned product portfolio.
  • Collaborate with Commercial Sales teams to identify new clients and business opportunities within the lease accounting space.
  • Execute a strategic sales plan to exceed targets.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and webinars to showcase the benefits of our lease accounting software.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on lease accounting standards and align our product offerings with these requirements.
  • Manage deals and stakeholders effectively.
  • Provide accurate monthly and quarterly revenue forecasts.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline data in the CRM, including deal size, close dates, and next actions.
  • Apply formal sales methodologies to drive success.
  • Work as part of a collaborative, target-driven team.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in complex sales environments, managing deals, and hitting targets.
  • Experience selling at Director/Executive/C-level.
  • Knowledge of lease accounting (ASC 842, IFRS 16, GASB 87) is essential.
  • Strong product knowledge and understanding of market trends.
  • Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • Outstanding presentation and communication abilities.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to manage your time effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales processes.
  • A team player with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
