Purpose of Role :
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Salesforce Architect to join our dynamic team and drive the success of our Salesforce initiatives..

Responsibilities :

As a Senior Salesforce Architect in the Strategic Business Systems team, your responsibilities will be as follows:

Architectural Leadership:

  • Design and implement scalable, high-performance Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements and align with best practices.
  • Develop and manage integrations between Salesforce and other systems, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation.
  • Lead the design and deployment of Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) solutions to streamline sales processes and enhance customer experience.
  • Provide expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud or Commerce Cloud to optimize customer service operations or e-commerce capabilities.

 Technical Guidance : 

  • Mentor and guide development teams, ensuring adherence to architectural standards and best practices.
  • Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and technologies, and recommend improvements to existing systems.

Stakeholder Management :

  • Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to drive consensus and make informed decisions.
  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units, ensuring clear communication and understanding.

Project Support & Management :

  • Where required lead projects and/or provide project support from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
  • Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and deliverables, and track progress against objectives.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, and resolve issues that arise during project execution
     

Qualification :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or equivalent certifications.
     

Experience :

  • Minimum of 5 years of extensive Salesforce experience, including architecture, design, and development.
  • Proven experience with Salesforce integrations using APIs, middleware, and other integration tools.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ implementation and customization.
  • Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud or Commerce Cloud is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce development tools
