Now, we're looking for a talented Senior Implementation Specialist to join our team and make a significant impact.

 

What will you be doing?

As our Senior Implementation Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in:

  • Leading Client Implementations: Oversee the onboarding and implementation of our ILA software, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients from start to finish.
  • Delivering Training & Support: Provide expert training on our software, manage helpdesk escalations, and support our clients to meet their service level agreements.
  • Promoting Our Product: Showcase the ILA software to potential clients, contribute to its development, and offer technical accounting support to our team.
  • Ensuring Compliance: Assist in maintaining ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISAE 3402 certifications, and other important compliance standards.

 

What are we looking for?

We’re searching for someone who has:

  • Professional Accounting Qualification: ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent.
  • Experience: Working in an accounting role, with a strong grasp of IFRS 16 and FASB ASC 842 preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and experience with systems implementation, ideally in ERP solutions.

In addition, you should possess:

  • Leadership & Team Management: Proven ability to lead and inspire teams, driving successful project outcomes.
  • Attention to Detail: High standards of precision and accuracy in all aspects of your work.
  • Excellent Time Management: Ability to efficiently organise tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Effective at conveying information and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proactive Problem-Solving: Ability to tackle challenges before they escalate.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to embrace change and tackle new challenges with enthusiasm.
