This is a Permanent, Full Time vacancy that will close in {x} days at {xx:xx} BST.

Job Purpose

 

 To co-ordinate and manage the implementation of complex IRIS software solutions, which may include multiple products, collaborating with clients and internal stakeholders who form part of the client project delivery teams, to enable clients to achieve the expected business benefits from an IRIS solution on time and to budget.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Liaise with key stakeholders to ascertain priorities for on-boarding of new clients
  • Responsible and accountable for the success of your allocated projects and ad-hoc projects, meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Ensure quality standards and procedures are adhered to.
  • Effectively manage expectations, both internally and externally.
  • Build rapport with customer
  • Responsible for customer disengagements.
  • Responsible for keeping your allocated projects updated on CRM system
  • Resource planning to project to meet project timeframe
  • Manage risk and issues for all projects
  • Ensure all new projects have SoWs and that team meet project closure requirements from the support team.

 

Competencies/Knowledge/Expertise

 

  • 2 plus years’ experience in project management
  • Ability to manage multiple projects
  • Be highly responsive in communication both internally and externally
  • Ability to articulate complex ideas in a way that is easy to understand
  • Solid Problem Solving abilities, adapting to the ever changing environment and reacting quickly to overcome challenges
  • Using Initiative to overcome any hurdles  
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail and the ability to produce high quality work
  • Being able to build strong mutual relationships with potential customers and new clients
  • Have a desire to ensure the best outcome for new customers in accordance with IRIS Values
