As our Talent & Organization Development Manager, youā€™ll play a crucial role in aligning our Global Talent Management strategy with IRISā€™s growth objectives. You'll identify and nurture top performers, high-potential leaders, early careers, and underrepresented groups. Leading a high-performing team, you will design and implement programmes that enhance skills, capabilities, and career growth, ensuring a strong talent pipeline for leadership and specialist roles.

āœØ Key Responsibilities:

  • Organization Development:Ā Develop and lead the Organizational Development plan, ensuring alignment with IRISā€™s strategic direction. Lead organization design reviews and drive change programmes.
  • Talent Management Programmes:Ā Design and deliver global talent programmes, including mentoring and social purpose initiatives. Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to maximize internal mobility and align strategies with business objectives.
  • Leadership Support:Ā Assist leadership teams in embedding talent management initiatives and support HR colleagues to ensure consistency across the organization.

  • Proven expertise in Organization Design & Development.
  • Experience in managing large-scale Talent Development Programmes.
  • Knowledge of talent management and learning methods such as coaching, mentoring, and group facilitation.
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
  • Desirable: CIPD Qualification and experience working on a global scale.
