As a Payroll Analyst, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional client service, ensuring smooth onboarding for new clients, and managing their payroll needs. What will you be doing?

 

  • Onboarding New Clients: Guide clients through setting up their payroll and ensure a seamless experience from day one.
  • Data Management: Handle and integrate large volumes of data to guarantee accurate and timely payroll processing.
  • Policy Administration: Apply your knowledge to manage policies and resolve any issues that arise.
  • Client Interaction: Address client inquiries with a positive attitude and offer expert advice on payroll processes and integration.

  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Windows, Outlook, Excel, Word).
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written skills with a knack for delivering outstanding client service.
