The Vacancy
Role Overview:
IRIS is seeking a dynamic and strategic Finance Business Partner to join our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team. The primary responsibility of this role is to partner with the Managed Service function, which includes a diverse range of services such as monthly outsourced payroll services, offshore support, and additional advisory services. This segment has seen significant growth both organically and through acquisitions, and we anticipate this trajectory to continue.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Analysis & Reporting: Provide accurate forecasting and reporting for the Managed Service Profit & Loss (P&L) statements.
Acquisition Integration: Support the consolidation and integration of acquisitions within the Managed Service function.
KPI Analysis: Analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales order performance, customer attrition, recurring revenue, and operational metrics like payslips processed and overall delivery costs, especially overheads related to headcount tracking.
Support the UK Payroll & HR Finance Director: Assist the Finance Director with various tasks, including reviewing monthly Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) performance in our software offerings, reporting key financial information to the group and preparing monthly reports for operational stakeholders.
Ad Hoc Projects: Engage in other ad hoc projects to support the broader UK Payroll & HR division as required.
Qualifications:
Qualified accountant (or qualified through experience)
Experience: Proven experience in finance business partnering, preferably within managed services, recurring revenue, or payroll services sectors.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively interacting with various stakeholders.
