Are you a visionary leader with a passion for driving change? We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our PMO & Service Transformation Team as a Service Transformation Manager. This role is a pivotal part of our Managed Payroll Services (MPS) division, where you will lead transformative initiatives to shape the future of our services and operations.

 

What will you be doing?

  • Strategic Change Management: Craft and execute a comprehensive change strategy that clearly communicates our transformation vision and secures buy-in from key stakeholders.
  • Operational Excellence: Drive the adoption of new practices to enhance efficiency, cut costs, and boost productivity across the MPS division.
  • Process Redesign: Identify areas for process improvement and redesign workflows to achieve optimal operational and financial results.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Influence and manage stakeholders at all levels to ensure the successful implementation of transformation projects.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data insights to identify improvement opportunities and make well-informed business decisions.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a high-performing transformation team, inspiring and guiding them towards achieving key objectives.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to ISO 9001 standards and monitor compliance across all teams.
  • Performance Reporting: Provide regular updates on transformation initiatives to management and stakeholders, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.

 

What are we looking for?

  • Transformation Experience: Proven track record in managing significant transformation projects.
  • Methodologies Expertise: Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Lean Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement frameworks.
  • Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to guide and manage teams through complex change processes.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical capabilities for handling data insights and business analytics.
  • Project Management: Solid experience in delivering projects on time and within scope.
  • Communication: Exceptional communication skills for articulating strategies and presenting to diverse audiences.
  • Problem-Solving: Creative problem-solving abilities to anticipate and address challenges effectively.
  • Collaboration: A collaborative spirit, thriving in a team environment and working seamlessly across departments.
