Are you a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant ready to provide top-class support to our Chief Corporate Development Officer and Chief Product Officer? This is your chance to step into a pivotal role that supports key leaders and drives our ambitious growth plans in North America.

What will you be doing?

As an Executive Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in our team by:

  • Managing Complex Calendars: Coordinate and prioritize meetings, ensuring efficient scheduling for our senior executives.
  • Supporting Key Meetings: Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items to keep projects on track.
  • Handling Travel & Expenses: Arrange seamless global travel and manage expense claims with precision.
  • Creating Impactful Presentations: Use your PowerPoint and Excel skills to craft clear, engaging presentations and reports.
  • Liaising with Key Stakeholders: Serve as a key communication link between executives, managers, and external parties.
  • Assisting with Team Events: Organize events and provide support to our UK-based EAs when they visit the US.

 

What are we looking for?

We seek candidates with:

  • Executive Assistant Experience: Proven track record of supporting senior executives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Diary Management Skills: Ability to handle complex schedules and prioritize effectively.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel, Concur, and Word.
  • Presentation Skills: Experience in creating clear and compelling business presentations.
  • Business Acumen: Understanding of general business reporting is a plus.
