What will you be doing?

As a Technical Business Analyst in our Strategic Business Systems team, your key responsibilities will include:

Process Mapping & Workflow Design:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Analyze, map, and document business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
  • Design and implement workflows to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
  • Develop process documentation, including flowcharts, diagrams, and technical specifications.
  • Build technical knowledge across CRM (Salesforce), ERP (NetSuite), integrations, and other strategic tools.

Analytical Mindset:

  • Conduct detailed analysis of business requirements and develop data-driven solutions.
  • Use analytical tools and methodologies to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to drive consensus and make informed decisions.
  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units, ensuring clear communication and understanding.

Project Support & Management:

  • Lead projects and/or provide project support from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
  • Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and deliverables, and track progress against objectives.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, and resolve issues that arise during project execution.

 

What are we looking for?

We’re searching for individuals who can apply and utilise the following essential skills, experiences, and qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Significant experience as a Business Analyst, focusing on technical projects and Salesforce.
  • Strong experience with process mapping and workflow design tools (e.g., Visio).
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Proven ability to manage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom development (highly desirable).
  • Experience with project management methodologies and tools , e.g., Agile, Scrum, Jira, Asana (desirable).
  • Experience with APIs and integrations (desirable).
  • Salesforce certifications, e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder (desirable).
