This is a Permanent, Full Time vacancy that will close in {x} days at {xx:xx} BST.

We are seeking an experienced person to manage a team of consultants delivering IRIS payroll & HR products across Managed Services. 

Reporting into the Senior Manager, working alongside other Implementation Managers and the wider Professional Services team, the successful candidate will need to maintain excellent Professional Services provision for every customer and provide the highest level of service, whilst continuing profitability for the organization and maintaining a high level of realisation.

This role is key to the successful operation and future growth of the team and IRIS, to ensure we maintain the excellent success on the delivery of consultant services and the high standard of customer service our clients have become accustomed to.  Ongoing review and refinement of implementation approaches, and delivery is required.

You will lead and motivate your team on a day to day tasks.  The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, have strong problem solving and analytical skills, along with a good, strong knowledge of the IRIS products.

You must be willing to travel and stay away from home when required.

 

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the teams can implement on IRIS products across managed services
  • To provide direction and support to the team to ensure they hit the standard targets
  • Manage regular team building exercises
  • Perform regular reviews with the team members and conduct quarterly reviews in line with bonus and salary structure.
  • Ensure your team are resourced accordingly against future forecasts and targets maintaining a high utilisation and realisation
  • Be responsible for new modules and enhancements when available and ensure the delivery and all related items are handed to the team effectively
  • Monitoring the organisation’s forecasts for revenue and utilisation
  • Identify shortfalls and opportunities to increase revenue and utilisation

Knowledge and Experience 

  • Experience managing teams
  • UK Payroll knowledge essential 
  • Have extensive customer service experience with excellent customer service skills
  • Experience of software implementations required
  • Service oriented and customer centric experience running software implementations
  • Have strong leadership skills, including excellent verbal / written communication and presentation skills
  • You will be presentable and confident when meeting new people, and can build and maintain strong relationships

  • Be flexible during times of change
  • Ability to be persuasive, encouraging, and motivating
  • Ability to develop and maintain effective communications to ensure cooperation both internally and externally
