Talent Acquisition Business Partner,

North America, Remote (Eastern Time Zone)

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join our team and lead recruitment efforts for all roles within the North America region.

As a key member of our Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and headhunting to onboarding top-tier talent. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with key stakeholders to forecast future hiring needs and strategically plan capacity for each business area while amplifying our employer brand to attract and retain top talent.

Full Cycle Recruitment:

  • Source, identify, and engage talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and headhunting.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate candidate assessments to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
  • Manage communication with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle, providing regular updates and feedback.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand position requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Running regular Assessment Centres to hire Entry Level talent.

Strategic Workforce Planning:

  • Partner with key stakeholders to forecast future hiring needs and proactively plan capacity for each business area.
  • Analyse workforce data and market trends to identify potential talent gaps and recommend solutions to address them.
  • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives and growth plans.

Employer Branding and Talent Marketing:

  • Develop and execute employer branding initiatives to enhance IRIS Software Group’s reputation as an employer of choice.
  • Create compelling employer brand content, including employee testimonials, and blog posts, to attract top talent.
  • Leverage social media platforms and other digital channels to amplify our employer brand and engage with potential candidates.
  • Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding.

Candidate Experience and Onboarding:

  • Champion a positive candidate experience by providing timely and personalised communication, feedback, and support throughout the recruitment process.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers and HR team members to facilitate smooth onboarding processes for new hires.
  • Gather feedback from candidates and hiring managers to continuously improve the recruitment and onboarding experience.

Metrics and Reporting:

  • Track recruitment metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies and initiatives.
  • Generate regular reports and dashboards to provide insights into recruitment performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Utilise data-driven insights to optimise recruitment processes and enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.

 

 

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition/recruitment within a fast-growing company.
  • Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, headhunting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Experience with strategic workforce planning and capacity forecasting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and key stakeholders.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for employer branding and talent marketing.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in recruitment software/tools and familiarity with HRIS systems.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
  • This role requires someone to work Eastern Time and ideally based on the East Coast for easy access to regional offices.
