We are looking for a motivated Payroll Implementation Analyst to join our myPay Solutions team. Your knowledge and experience with payroll and customer service will make a difference to the professionals we serve and the companies we partner with nationwide. Our Payroll Implementation Analysts are fully responsible for ensuring successful payroll processing for a dedicated customer base, including phone and email communication.

 

About the Role

In this opportunity as a Payroll Implementation Analyst with myPay Solutions, you will:

 

  • Onboard and train new payroll clients with a high level of customer service and attention to detail.
  • Provide an exceptional client experience through strong customer service (including responding to all phone and email questions promptly).
  • Meet performance objectives in quality, customer satisfaction, and payroll processing guidelines.
  • Work across departments and functional teams professionally and constructively on behalf of our customers.
  • Be available via phone and e-mail to assist with a wide range of client payroll issues and keep all relevant stakeholders apprised of any situations that arise.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with end users, colleagues, and management to quickly resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

 

 

About You

You’re a fit for the role of Payroll Implementation Analyst if you:

 

  • Love customers and thrive on providing them with a high level of service.
  • Have a HS diploma or GED (required) OR Associates or Bachelor’s degree (a plus)
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (preferred)
  • Minimum 1 year of payroll processing or related payroll experience
  • Quick learner with strong research, problem solving, and troubleshooting skills
  • Working knowledge of PC and Mac operating systems and Microsoft Office applications (preferred)
  • Possess strong communication skills and ability to remain professional in all circumstances
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, high-pressure environment
  • Ability to work overtime with a varied schedule including evenings and weekends (required)
