As we continue to scale globally, IRIS Fully Managed Payroll (owned by IRIS Software Group) seeks an International Payroll Operations Advisor. 

The role


The International Payroll Operations Advisor is a client-focused role that is responsible for guiding and supporting new clients through setting up and onboarding their new international payrolls and supporting services.

You will work closely with In-Country providers and operational teams within the business to achieve an on-time successful onboarding experience and drive client success with strict adherence to payment requirements, deadlines and following processes.

 

Main responsibilities 
 

  • Support clients through multiple country payroll setups.
  • Work closely with HRC teams to deliver supporting HR services to clients during setup.
  • Follow documented processes. 
  • Successfully manage handovers to operational teams when complete.
  • Creating processing documentation as required.
  • Operations updating of payroll onboarding documents.
  • Act as cover for new client system setups when required. • Support colleagues and managers to cover absences.
  • Maintaining accurate and timely data on the CRM system
  • Maintain best practices, policies, and procedures to drive client satisfaction, innovation, and revenue success


Ideal candidate experience and competency

  • At least 2 years experience in the International Payroll industry
  • Experience in working with multi-functional teams 
  • Knowledge of CRM systems
  • Advanced excel skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Client focus
  • Organised worker and process-orientated
  • Highly proficient in using Excel and other programs in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Good written and verbal communication, interpersonal abilities
  • Reliable with adherence to confidentiality and data privacy obligations
  • Ability to work with different personality types and working styles.
